Our
Safe Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund Project #S04007 ($1,358,270)
involving Chenowith Water PUD, Lower Chenowith and Columbia Crest Water Systems
has been approved. We hope to get started on this project in the spring. We will
keep you updated on the progress of this project as the engineering work is completed,
permits are obtained and the actual project gets underway. We are excited and
anxious to get started on this much needed improvement to our water system. This
project will tie all the water systems together via water pipe lines and provide
more storage and other improvements to our system.
The
elections are over with and two of our Board Members have just been reelected
to office; Taner Elliott for Subdivision 1 and Gene Tobie for subdivision 5. Congratulations
to both of you.
